  • Advising senior leaders, HR professionals, internal DEIB leaders on organizational transgender inclusion efforts, beginning with assessing where the organization is currently at and developing a road map to build an inclusive environment
  • Advising Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), DEI Committees or DEI Councils and HR professionals on developing, assessing, or enhancing LGBTQ+ and transgender & nonbinary inclusion efforts
  • Collaborating with HR professionals to assess and enhance policy and organizational climate
  • Advising on LGBTQ+ inclusive communications, educational resources, marketing materials, or product development
  • Coaching individuals (faculty, staff, C-suite executives, internal DEI leaders) on inclusive language, such as proper pronoun usage
